We will be presenting a mock trial that involves a female who alleges that she was terminated in retaliation for reporting sexual harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Each attorney will conduct a direct and cross examination on each witness (victim and corporate representative). See how these “Legal Eagles” fight it out in front of our eyes and learn the importance of documentation, how to be a good witness and games people play to win their case.
